From guided photo outings and exclusive access to fascinating collections, to competitions, inspiring presentations, and a memorable banquet evening, the PRPA Annual Outing is the perfect opportunity to expand your photographic vision while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow photographers. Whether you are looking to capture new images, develop your skills, or simply immerse yourself in a vibrant photographic community, this weekend promises unforgettable experiences both behind the camera and beyond.
Event Program
Friday – June 12
4:00 PM – Registration Opens & Print Display Setup
Evening – Supper on your own
6:30 PM – Social & Viewing of Member Winning Prints
7:00 PM – PRPA Annual General Meeting
(No charge to attend the AGM)
Saturday – June 13
9:00 – 10:00 AM
Bag Lunch pickup for registrants at the Western Development Museum
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Photography outing featuring a world-class private collection of vehicles and vintage collectibles.
Participants will depart from the WDM by car and be led by members of the Moose Jaw Camera Club.
2:00 – 4:00 PM
Photo opportunities at:
Wakamow Valley
Moose Jaw Crescent Park
Local club members will guide photographers to the best viewpoints and wildlife areas.
Bring pine nuts if you'd like to photograph birds eating from your hand!
